Treasure Hunt Saturday 18 June

Hi everyone. Fancy joining us on the Andrewsfield Treasure hunt?

PPL’s, aircraft owners, student pilots, instructors are all welcome. We aim to have 2 instructors available for those who want to fly with an instructor. We particularly want to encourage recently qualified PPL’s to join in. Fly on your own or team up with a friend as an observer.

We are aiming to brief at 12.30 and to leave Andrewsfield from 13.30 onwards with 5 to 10 mins between each departing aircraft and returning for tea, medals, competition judging & prize giving. Afterwards there will be a BBQ available for those that would like to stay on into the evening.

Pilots are responsible for their own route planning – but we can help if asked.

There is a £5 entrance fee per a/c, in addition to usual a/c hire rates.

There is a prize for the winning person/team and a trophy to be awarded at the annual club dinner & dance in December.

If you want to join us, please let either Mike Hemes, Paul Slater or  know.
